How we’re continuing to serve & Protect our customers during the covid-19 outbreak

We take the safety of our employees and customers very seriously. Our top priority has and will always be the safety of our employees, customers and loved ones. During these uncertain times, you can still trust The Key Man to provide safe, exceptional and quality service. We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure we can operate business as usual, while still keeping our customers comfortable.

Here are some of the precautions we have and are continuing to take during COVID-19. 

-Technicians are required to sanitize their hands before and after handlings keys, working in cars etc.

-Face masks are worn by our technicians at all appointments.

-Our technicians are to remain at a safe distance from customers whenever possible.

-We are frequently sanitizing our keys, equipment, tools and items used at all appointments.

-Contactless payment is encouraged, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

-We are asking customers who are showing symptoms or feeling ill to reschedule their appointments.
